The non-usual legal stuff

The licensee is allowed to install RW NetServer on as many production computers as the licence allows (according to the total number of CPUs).

The licensee may also install it on backup production computers (according to the total number of CPUs) as long as these do not run at the same time as the main production computers.

The licensee may also install it on 1 or more development computers, which are only used for testing / development.

The licensee will receive free updates for all RW NetServer 3.x versions.

Any problem / error will be corrected as fast as possible within normal business hours. If RouteWare is not able to solve problems which affect the functionality of the software to a severe degree, a refund will be made, which matches the degree to which the software does not function properly. This refund is based on what the licensee has paid within the previous 12 months and cannot exceed this amount.

Support for the first 12 months are included. After that access to support can be bought for 12 months at a time.

RouteWare cannot be expected to provide updates for previous versions, once a new major version has been released.

All copyrights belong to RouteWare.

Disassembling or reverse engineering of RW NetServer binaries is not allowed.

The licensee is allowed to make copies of RW NetServer for backup purposes only.

The licensee is not allowed to sell or in any other way hand over the right to use the software to any other party.

RouteWare is not responsible for any problems, direct or indirect, which RW NetServer may cause - no matter what the reason may be.
