Twins

Normally it is only possible to have one speed for each link, which is shared between directions of flow.

However, some datasets have two speeds defined and instead of using an average value for route calculations, you can use "twins".

This is a duplicate of the same link, but where the original have the forward directions speed and the duplicate have the reverse direction speed.

Each of them also have the oneway status set, just opposite of each other.
